2nd October 2025, marked a significant milestone with the official launch of five key policy documents shaping the future of WASH and climate resilience in Balochistan.
(1) Climate-Resilient WASH Sector Development Plan 2025–2035, (2) Climate Risk Profiling and Vulnerability Index, (3) WASH Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation Plan, (4) Revised Balochistan Sanitation Policy 2024, and (5) Balochistan WASH Social Mobilisation Strategy.

نیو نیوز بن گیا کوئٹہ کی عوام کی آواز شہر کے مختلف علاقوں میں محکمہ پی ایچ ای کی جانب سے کوئٹہ کے شہریوں کو پینے صاف پانی کے حصول کی فراہمی کے لیے واٹر فلٹریشن پلانٹ تنصیب کئے گئے جو کہ خراب ہونے کے باعث بند پڑے تھے نیو نیوز کی نشاہدہی کے بعد محکمہ پی ایچ ای کے وزیر سردار عبدالرحمن کھیتران اور سیکرٹری عمران گچکی نے نوٹس لیتے ہوئے فوری طور پر ان کی بحالی کے اقدامات کردئیے پہلے مرحلے میں کوئٹہ شہر کے 100 سے کے قریب واٹر فلٹریشن پلانٹس کو فعال کیا جائے گا۔۔
