About Us
Public Health Engineering Department (PHED) of the government of Balochistan is the responsible department for providing access to the safe drinking water in the rural as well as in urban slums of the province. Presently the department is maintaining its data regarding water supply schemes and coverage at provincial as well as at the district.
The Public Health Engineering Department Balochistan was carved out of Irrigation and Power Department in July, 1987 with the objective to facilitate the rural and urban population of the Balochistan with the potable drinking Water.
